Snowball Fight /

Even though it was snowing so much on the last Monday, I had classes to teach in the morning.  After the class, a lot of students were having fun with snowball fight during the lunch time.  We also found many snowmen on campus.  Many of them are originally shaped.  Snow is one of very unique and useful  temporary materials for sculpture.

Today, while I was at work, my sister stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is completely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on a number of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I taught a TAC workshop for companies at the University of Tokyo's School of Education to experience a workshop designed by an artist. This time, after drawing a picture of a place or room where you spent time as a child, the workshop begins with a discussion in pairs to enhance the details of that picture. This was an attempt to recall your "ordinary" life in the past, which you could not remember even if you thought about it alone. This is an extended workshop in which participants take on the role of the person they are talking to and "storytelling" the episodes that come up during the conversation as their own story. The workshop went fine. All the participants worked very hard despite their busy schedules. We are currently compiling a book of the stories completed at the workshop. The experience is to create a "constellation book" with the individual stories extracted as first-person "I" stories and to read them and share memories as stories.
